I am Claudia, owner of Patagonian Hands. I am from Coyhaique, Patagonia Chile. I have been living in Missoula, Montana with my husband Karl since 2012. I used to be a school teacher in Chile and I have become a self-taught fiber artist and jewelry artisan since I moved to the northern hemisphere. My husband Karl and I needle felt animals, mostly birds, using sheep wool from Hall, Helena and other Montana ranches. Our felted products include ornaments, sculptures and functional art such trivets, coasters, wool soaps and more. I also handcraft jewelry using Fine Silver (.999) and Sterling Silver (.925) with 14K accents.
